Welcome to Claymirehub.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you (“user,” “seller,” or “buyer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
– Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
– Sellers confirm all information provided is accurate and truthful.
2. Account Registration
– Users and sellers must register with valid details.
– Sellers require admin approval before uploading artworks.
– Users are responsible for keeping login credentials safe.
3. Use of Platform
– Buyers may download free or paid vector artworks.
– Sellers may upload only original works that do not infringe copyright.
– Misuse may result in account suspension.
4. Payments & Revenue Sharing
– Paid files require successful payment before download.
– Claymirehub retains an agreed commission percentage.
– Payments processed via third-party gateways; we do not store payment details.
5. Digital Products and Delivery
-All products available on Claymire Hub are digital goods, including but not limited to icons, cutouts, PNGs, and other downloadable assets.
-Upon successful payment, products are instantly delivered to the customer’s registered email address and/or made available via a secure download link in their account.
-No physical items will be shipped or delivered.
6. No Return or Exchange Policy
-Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales made through Claymire Hub are final.
-Once a digital product has been delivered or download access has been granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
-Customers are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before completing a purchase.
7. Product Access Issues
-If a customer experiences technical difficulties (e.g., broken download link, access failure), Claymire Hub will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative delivery method.
-Such technical assistance does not constitute a basis for refund or cancellation.
6. Intellectual Property
– Sellers retain copyright but grant Claymirehub a license to display and sell.
– Buyers receive a license to use purchased/free vectors for personal/commercial projects.
– Reselling or redistributing files is prohibited.
7. Prohibited Activities
– Uploading copyrighted content without rights.
– Misrepresentation or unlawful activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
– Platform provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
9. Termination
– Claymirehub may suspend/terminate accounts violating terms.
10. Updates
– Terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance.
