– All purchases are final and non-refundable once the file is downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Cases
– Charged but did not receive access.
– File corrupted or unusable without correction within 7 days.
– Duplicate payments.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
– Change of mind.
– Incorrect product selection.
– Successful file downloads.

4. Refund Process
– Request by emailing support@claymirehub.com within 7 days of purchase.
– Provide order number and explanation.
– Refunds processed within 7–10 working days if approved.

5. Seller Responsibility
– Sellers must ensure files are functional and original.
– Claymirehub may mediate disputes.
